Easy DIY Halloween Treats

If you’re anything like me, having whole food plant-based alternatives to the typical Halloween treats is a must-have for the holiday! I wanted to share a few fun recipes that we made this week in lue of the Halloween weekend. We all know that processed sugars can wreak havoc on the body, so it feels good knowing that our little one is eating nourishing foods while still enjoying the festivities. I hope you have fun preparing these with your little ones this weekend!

Plant-Based Caramel Apples are my all-time favorite treat for Halloween eats! If you don’t already know, dates are Nature’s caramel, so they are the perfect alternative to the traditional butter and sugar we grew up with! Try this creamy and delicious recipe for your “Caramel Apples” this year!
